Alfred Haenchen Co-operative Homes was formed by people who came together to create an affordable housing community for themselves and others. The end product of their hard work is a diverse community, where members feel a sense of safety, security and empowerment.
Alfred Haenchen Co-operative Homes is a 69 unit co-operative housing community, consisting of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. Three of the units have been specially modified to meet the needs of the wheelchair users.
The co-op is located at 667 Pinerow Crescent in Waterloo, Ontario (see map below). Nearby amenities include city parks and nature trails, Walmart, Lowes, Broad Walk Plaza, Laurelwood Plaza (Sobey’s, etc.), Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire and several banks. Grand River Transit routes 5, 13 and 29 stops are just a few steps away from the co-op, and many schools are within walking distance. For More School Details, Click Here
